Connecting Cultures listens to your needs and your vision to make things better and develops a plan for your project.
Project Management is based on listening to the changes you want to see happen, researching strategies that will optimize success, and developing a comprehensive project plan. Connecting Cultures will provide innovative expertise from the idea stage to the evaluation stage of your project. Connecting Cultures assess your project based on community/organization resources, risk management, time line for deliverables, human resource management, and key stakeholder investment.
Contracts for project management are based on $50 hourly consultation rate, training fees, travel costs, and resource development costs.
